BIRCHVIEW EXCLUSIVE WEDDING PACKAGES



Mid Week Wedding Packages

 

Package Includes:

 

❖ Venue available on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday from 10 AM - 10 PM

for set up, ceremony, and reception. Music must be turned down by 8 PM

and off by 9 PM off site by 10PM

 

❖ On site air-conditioned/heated Bridal Suite. The Bridal Suite includes

private restroom, lounge area, mini fridge, microwave, and salon chair.
The suite is available starting at 10 AM on the day of the event.

 

❖ Staff will set up tables and chairs for the reception space in the pavilion.

 

❖ Use of pergola ceremony location with seating provided (up to 300 guests).

 

❖ 9’x3’ Wooden Table on whiskey barrels.

 

❖ Round tables with white padded chairs for reception. (Linens not included).

 

❖ 4 six foot long tables and 4 eight foot long tables for bridal party use only

(Linens not included).

 

❖ Five tall, round cocktail tables (Linens not included).

 

❖ Dual bar area with refrigerator/freezer (Ice not provided).

 

❖ Use of fire-pit (wood included and staff maintained; weather permitting)

 

❖ Use of beautiful Mueller’s Orchard for any and all bridal party photos by appointment only.

 

❖ Trash bins and bags provided (changed as needed by staff).

 

❖ On-site restrooms will be stocked and cleaned for you and your guests.

 

❖ Convenience of using your own licensed and insured vendors for food, photography, catering.

 

❖ All vendors are responsible for bringing their own set up and supplies Tables, chairs, linens, cords, and ladders.

 

❖ Wedding party is responsible for set up and clean up of decorations and personal items at the end of the night.
Staff will help stage decorations for loading at the end of the evening.

 

❖ A coordination meeting is provided to our couples thirty days prior to the wedding date. At this meeting, we will review all of the vendors, set up, and any other details that need to be reviewed. The Venue Manager will coordinate all of the vendors during the wedding week to ensure that the couples special day is perfect.

 

❖ One (1) on site property visit by appointment only during the planning period for vendors or family.

 

❖ Assistance with on site vendor coordination.

 

❖ Event Host on-site throughout the event.

 

❖ Event day parking attendant.

 

❖ Unlimited phone and email communication.

 

❖ Guidance with floor plan and table arrangement.

 

❖ Access to our exclusive preferred vendor list.

 

❖ Point of contact for all external vendors on wedding day arrival*

 

❖ Greet guests upon arrival and guidance to the ceremony site.

 

❖ Golf Cart escort to ceremony location for those in need.

 

❖ One hour courtesy rehearsal walk-through based upon availability. Must be

approved 60 days prior. Please note the venue will not be open at this time.

 

 

 

 

Friday-Saturday Weekend Wedding Package

 

Package Includes:

 

❖ Venue available from 3-8pm on Friday for set up and rehearsal walk-through.

 

Bridal Party may leave dresses in the bridal suite on Friday.

 

❖ Venue available on Saturday from 8AM-11:59PM for any additional set up,

ceremony, and reception. Music must be off at 11PM.

 

❖ On site air-conditioned/heated Bridal Suite. Bridal suite includes a private

restroom, lounge area, mini fridge, microwave, and salon chair. Bridal Suite is

available starting from 8 AM Saturday.

 

❖ Use of barn, pavilion, and ceremony area. Staff will set up tables and chairs and place

linens on tables for reception space in the pavilion.

 

❖ Use of pergola ceremony location with seating provided (up to 300 guests).

 

❖ 9’x3’ Wooden table on Whiskey Barrels

 

❖ Round tables with 120” full length white linens and white padded chairs for reception.

 

❖ 4 six foot long tables and 4 eight foot long tables with full length white linens for bridal party use only.

 

❖ Five tall, round cocktail tables with linens.

 

❖ Dual Bar area, refrigerator/freezer (ice must be provided by couple or Slingin Sisters).

 

❖ Use of fire-pit (wood included and staff maintained; weather permitting)

 

❖ 1 hour wagon ride for bridal party through beautiful Mueller’s Orchard for any and all

bridal party photos. (Scheduled time will be required 30 days in advance).

 

❖ Use of in house decorations based on availability

 

❖ Trash bins and bags provided (changed as needed by staff)

 

❖ On-site restrooms will be stocked and cleaned for you and your guests throughout the evening.

 

❖ Convenience of using your own licensed and insured vendors for food, photography, and catering.

 

❖ All vendors are responsible for bringing their own set up and supplies; Tables, chairs, linens, cords and ladders.

 

❖ Wedding party is responsible for set up and clean-up of decorations and personal items on Saturday. Staff will help stage decorations for loading and place linens in proper containers for drop off to dry cleaners by Birchview Staff. All decorations and personal items need to be off site by 11:59 PM.

 

❖ A coordination meeting is provided to our couples thirty days prior to the wedding date. At this meeting, we will review all of the vendors, set up, wagon ride time, and any other details that need to be reviewed. The Venue Manager will coordinate with the vendors during the wedding week, to ensure that our couple’s special day is perfect.

 

❖ Two (2) on-site visits if needed, by appointment only.

 

❖ Assistance with on-site vendor coordination.

 

❖ Event host on-site  throughout the event for the safety of the venue and guest

 

❖ Event day parking attendant

 

❖ Unlimited phone and email communication

 

❖ Assistance with the floor plan

 

❖ Access to our exclusive preferred vendor list

 

❖ Point of contact for all external vendors on wedding day arrival*

 

❖ Greet Guests upon arrival and assist with seating instruction*
